My Bio
So I'm 48yrs old and live in sunny (not) Bolton in the UK. have absolutely no art training of any kind but what I lack from training I make up for by enthusiasm and the desire to keep practicing and improving and trying new things.
I love -
Acrylic paintings - my current obsession. I still love landscapes but now I've started art classes I'm trying new things ; flowers, birds, and a variety of styles so I'm loving it
Oil Painting- landscapes mainly
Painting wall murals
Photography - nature/landscapes and especially snow scenes
Drawing and sketching e.g. Disney characters, fairies, fantasy
Crochet and Knitting! (hobby inspired by my 2 grandsons)
Creating Horror make up effects
I'll be posting examples of each at some point...

I started art classes a few months ago and now have a new obsession...I have done a bit in the past but mainly oil painting but I've now moved to acrylic as it's so fast drying. I have a lot to learn but each painting looks better and I may soon run ...

Paper Cuts

As you might have noticed crochet has gone out of the window (not literally) as I'm now obsessed with paper cutting.
I love the freedom and designing my own cuts and I love hand cutting them to the point where I now have my own business selling them (BobbyLou PaperArt)
